The Team
Elsa Selva
Founder & Coach
Elsa is the founder of Wild Paths, an accredited coach, and a PhD researcher exploring how nature-based learning supports wellbeing, ethical practice, and meaningful change in complex times. She designs and facilitates the coaching sessions and reflective processes across all Wild Paths journeys. Her role is to hold the reflective space, offering enough structure for exploration without rigidity or pressure.
Dóra Hardy
Mountain & Rock Climbing Guide
Dóra is a certified mountain and rock-climbing guide with a background in social justice and rights-based work. She co-designs and co-facilitates the outdoor journeys, bringing technical competence, risk management, and care for accessibility. Her role is to hold the adventure side of each journey so learning can unfold safely in real landscapes.
Claudia Pérez
Communication & Strategy
Claudia supports Wild Paths through communication and strategic sense-making, helping the work land clearly with the people it is meant for. She brings deep attention to audience context and needs across platforms and programmes. Her role is to ensure coherence between what we offer, how we communicate it, and who it truly serves.
Raquel Echevarría
Photo & Aesthetics
Raquel shapes the visual language of Wild Paths through photography, design, and aesthetic care. She helps translate lived experience into images and graphics that carry mood, tenderness, and meaning. Her role is to hold the visual narrative, bringing beauty and coherence to how the work is seen and felt.
Sam Ferrara
On-the-Ground Support
Sam supports the in-person journeys through music, sound, and practical presence. He helps shape rhythm, transitions, and atmosphere while offering steady, behind-the-scenes support to both participants and facilitators. His role contributes to a grounded, well-held group experience and energy.
Nerea Peña
Social Media & Community Presence
Nerea supports the social media presence of Wild Paths with care and consistency. She translates lived experiences into stories that feel human, grounded, and aligned with the project’s values. Her role helps maintain continuity and tone across the wider Wild Paths community.
If it feels like the moment to find your own Wild Path, we’d love to hear from you.
