Do you feel like you’re holding important questions – but something keeps you from moving with them?
Not because you haven’t reflected. And not just because life is busy.
But because fear and self-doubt quietly take over.
Because caring deeply makes the stakes feel higher.
Because perfectionism and comparison can make every step feel risky.
Because acting without certainty can feel irresponsible – even when staying still doesn’t feel right either.
You’re thoughtful. Values-led. Aware of complexity – in your own life and in the world. And yet, the questions that matter most often remain half-formed: held, revisited, turned over – but rarely moved with.
You don’t need urgency.
You don’t need a push.
You need conditions that soften fear, loosen perfection, and make movement possible again.
In this journey you will:
- Explore important questions without pressure to decide
- Feel pressure ease as movement becomes possible again
- Work with journaling as a way of making sense, not self-improvement
- Notice what quietly drains your energy – and what restores it
- Stay with uncertainty without needing to resolve it immediately
- Experience being witnessed, without being fixed or advised
- Build trust in your own space, timing, and way of knowing
What shifts here
This is not about fixing your life or forcing clarity. It’s about creating the conditions where fear softens, perfection loosens, and movement can happen naturally again. By returning to the same space each week – through guided journaling, shared inquiry, gentle embodiment, and consistent group presence – many people notice that what once felt stuck begins to loosen.
Not because everything becomes clear, but because they stop fighting the process they’re in.
The shift is often subtle, relational, and deeply grounding – yet meaningful enough to carry into everyday life.
What people often take away
People don’t usually leave Wild Paths · Online with a big decision made or a perfect next step.
They often leave with something quieter – and more sustainable:
- A calmer relationship with uncertainty
- Less pressure to overthink or get it “right”
- Clearer awareness of what drains them and what restores them
- A felt sense of connection – to others, to nature, to themselves
- Greater trust in their own process and timing
- Lightness, gratitude, and acceptance – even when life hasn’t changed on the outside

About the facilitator
Elsa Selva, founder of Wild Paths
My work sits at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, wellbeing psychology, and nature-based learning. I’m currently completing a PhD exploring how group spaces support ethical action and wellbeing in complex times.
I don’t guide people because I have answers – but because I’ve learned how to stay present with uncertainty, and how much easier that becomes together.
Frequently asked questions
Wild Paths Online is for people who are functioning well in many areas of life, yet feel a quiet pull for something to shift – without wanting to rush, force clarity, or overhaul everything.
It’s especially suited if you are navigating questions, transitions, or an in-between phase (even if nothing is “wrong”) care deeply about how you live and contribute, and feel tension with business-as-usual paths spend a lot of time in your head and want spaces that invite experience, not overthinking value reflection and depth, but don’t want to optimise or fix yourself feel drawn to nature, even if you live a busy, urban life.
You don’t need to be stuck or in crisis. This work happens before clarity, not after.
This is probably not the right fit if you’re looking for:
fast answers, certainty, or clear-cut decisions a productivity, performance, or goal-tracking programme therapy or trauma-processing work a highly directive or instructional coaching style
Wild Paths Online is spacious, invitational, and reflective by design. It works with complexity, not control.
Each weekly session lasts around 2 hours and typically includes:
- a gentle arrival and grounding
- guided journaling or reflective prompts
- one central theme for the session
- small-group or whole-group inquiry
- time to integrate, and close with care
The rhythm is consistent and human. Sharing is always optional.
Live presence is encouraged – the group rhythm and continuity matter – but life happens.
If you miss a session:
- you’ll receive the weekly reflection prompts
- you can rejoin the following week without needing to “catch up” a recording will be available
We strongly recommend attending Session 1 and Sessions 9–10 live if possible, as they shape and integrate the journey. The process is designed to hold fluctuation, not perfection.
Wild Paths Online is group coaching, informed by coaching psychology, complexity thinking, and nature-based practices.
It is not therapy, and it doesn’t involve diagnosis or treatment.
At the same time, many people experience it as grounding, supportive, and emotionally meaningful – because it creates space to slow down, reflect, and be human together.
That uncertainty is very common – and often part of the place this work begins.
You’re very welcome to reach out – we’ll have a short call and explore together whether Wild Paths · Online is the right fit for you right now.
